What does a Tiny Movers Class Look Like?

Each week our classes are based around an object, sport or theme. At the start of each class, we sing our welcome song, warm up and find out what is in the bag! This could include a bean bag, balloon, hoop, ball or even be items involved with a theme such as Weather, Space or Superheroes!

Once we have explored our item in the bag, we use it to practice and develop our fundamental movement skills in one or two open-ended activities to allow your little one to explore and learn at their own pace with your support. We love seeing grown ups engaging with their little ones to truly get the most out of our classes and enjoy some quality time together. This is then followed by free play time with the equipment for them to explore independently as well as our soft play pieces to support developing their physical development.

During our classes, little ones have the opportunity to explore our obstacle course during some free play time. Our set up changes from week to week to provide variety whilst also embedding familiar skills. We finish our sessions with parachute games and our goodbye song; not forgetting a sticker for their great work to collect each week on their sticker card.
